Koku Gonza's music has been compared to the late legends Bob Marley and Mama Africa-Miriam Makeba as contemporary artists like Sade, Corrine Rae Bailey and Lianne La Havas. Koku Gonza's music is parallel to the translation of her Kihaya name, which means lovely. She applies love, soul and passion into the ingredients of her genre-defiant pallet in new project Love Culture. Recently she released her latest single and music video for  her song Clearest Sky. Clearest Sky is from her self-produced album Love Culture. Love Culture features international jazz bassist and composer Lonnie Plaxico and other great musicians on her self-produced indie project.
